When I took a six week evening cooking class featuring Indian cuisine at a local vocational high school, one of the instructors taught us to make Indian flatbreads called ‘chappatti’.  She used a small roller similar to those shown below.

Naturally I figured my chappatti would taste much better if I rolled them with a proper roller so I made one.  At 12″ long, Chappatti rollers are good for rolling any small lump of dough.

The French rollers below are equally useful.
